INTRODUCTION • SAWIMIH – was registered in October 2003 • Is an Investment Company for Women in both urban and rural areas through out the nine Provinces of the RSA. • SAWIMIH is registered as a –PTY LTD company , and duly compliant and observes all the Company Laws of the Country and Corporate Governance • Is an empowerment vehicle for women • Women subscribe for shares • The number of shares is directly proportional to the amount paid
