In the following situations, please try the new way (actions link) to solve the uploading issue. The files are large. Error message is shown when uploading files. Uploading files takes too much time. The same test report is used in many Mfr. P/Ns in the same MD. There is something wrong with uploading files. Purpose
Actions Link (I) Please choose the MD when you want to upload its files.
Actions Link (II) 1 1. Choose “Actions”. 2. Click “Upload guarantee letter or test report”. 2
Actions Link (III) 1 Another web page appears now. Please Login it for uploading files. 2 Please fill out PDM username & password. And then click “Submit”
Actions Link (IV) 1 2 3 • Supplier Code: FOX • Total MD Number: 100 • MD No. List
Actions Link (V) 1 2 Choose MD No. and then click “Upload File”.
Actions Link (VI) • MD No.: MD200510-0067 • Guarantee Letter: No File • Mfr. P/N: No File 1 2 3
Actions Link (VII): Upload Guarantee Please keep the following rule to name the guarantee: “guarantee_supplier code” (ex: guarantee_fox) 1 4 2 3 2.Choose the guarantee from your computer. 3.Click “Upload” and the file will be uploaded. 4.After uploading the file, it will be shown on the web page.
Actions Link (VIII): Upload Test Report & MSDS Please keep the following rule to name test report & MSDS: “report” (Suppose there is only one test report.) “report_1”, “report_2” (Suppose there are two test reports) “MSDS” 1 2.Check Mfr P/N. 3.Choose test report & MSDS (battery & LCD panel only) from your computer. 4.Click “Upload” and the file will be uploaded. 2 3 4
Actions Link (IX): Upload Test Report & MSDS—OneMfr. P/N • Suppose the test report is only for the Mfr. P/N • and the part does not belong to battery and LCD panel. 1.Check the Mfr P/N “WDLC-CQZH1002-DF”. 2.Choose test report from your computer. 3.Click “Upload” and the file will be uploaded. 1 2 3
Actions Link (X): Upload Test Report & MSDS—OneMfr. P/N The test report for the Mfr. P/N (WDLC-CQZH1002-DF) is listed on the web page.
Actions Link (XI): Upload Test Report & MSDS—TwoMfr. P/N (B) Suppose the same test reports (2 reports) & MSDS are for the two Mfr. P/N . 1.Check the two Mfr. P/N (WDLC-CQZH1001-DF & WDLC-CQZH1003-DF). 2.Choose two test reports & MSDS from your computer. 3.Click “Upload” and the file will be uploaded. 1 2 3
Actions Link (XII): Upload Test Report & MSDS—TwoMfr. P/N The test reports & MSDS for the two Mfr. P/Ns are listed on the web page. Be careful about the file name of guarantee, MSDS and test report. It must follow Quanta’s rule.
Actions Link (XIII) After uploading all files for the MD, please click the button “Save Declaration” to save all data in PDM system. If you forget to click the button, the data won’t be saved in PDM system. Be careful about it! After saving all data in PDM system, the web page will disappear automatically.
Actions Link (XIV) Please check all the files have already been uploaded in PDM system successfully and correctly after uploading files by “Actions Link”.
