Our Values University Values Facilities Services Values
Values Project We conducted a poll around the Division and asked people about our values and here is what we found: • “Trust, Respect, and Integrity you can’t really have any of them without having all of them. The highest of the two values are Integrity and Respect. By demonstrating Integrity and Respect, one can’t help but instill a sense of Trust; with a lack of Integrity or Respect, one will generate Mistrust. This is how I approach my work, and, my life.” • “Excellence, striving to perform our functions at a high level of quality and effort.” • “Achieving Excellence without Integrity or Respect is an unworthy pursuit.” • “I believe my biggest value is “Respect”. I treat others as I would like to be treated and believe it is important for everyone to do the same. We are all on the same team here, right? I find it very hard to work with someone who treats me as if I am beneath them in some way. We are all people just trying to do a good job!”
