  2. STRATEGY: Formulate generic wordings for a common vision, without losing sight on our position as guard of legal security Common Vision Document: Eurogeographics, PCC, EULIS and ELRA

  3. No Commit to represent ourselves with common views in front of European decision makers? but intent to represent common views Not We will join forces etc. but If possible according to our specific aims we will join forces Common Vision Document: Eurogeographics, PCC, EULIS and ELRA

  4. ADDING OF A COMMON GOAL: • Raise awareness of the role of land registers in protecting and prioritising the rights of owners and third parties in relation to land. Common Vision Document: Eurogeographics, PCC, EULIS and ELRA

Not Cadastral and Land registers data an integrated part of National e Government infrastucture But: “ an integral part” (We will not plead for merging) Add: with fiull respect for the legal responsabilities of registrars and Landregistries In case of differences both data could be published. Registrar could : Refuse overwriting landregister data by cadastra data Order to update legally incorrect data Common Vision Document: Eurogeographics, PCC, EULIS and ELRA
