History • Jordan initiated the registration of (الاردن) on December 9, 2009 • Our proposed TLD string was approved on April 21, 2010 • Delegation started on April 22, 2010 • Delegated on August 21, 2010 • Launch was at the MENA ICT Forum on October 11, 2010. HM King Abdullah II’s website was the first Arabic Domain Name (عبدالله.الاردن) مركز تكنولوجيا المعلومات الوطني
