1. Cutting stringers. Bottom, top and back boards. Long stringers. Short stringers. 2. Drilling spacers. Cut spacers. 7/8 inch bit. Jig for drilling. 3. Nailing short stringers. 3 1/4 inch ring shank nails. Do not nail in area to be drilled. Do not nail middle board. 4. Layout.

  5. 5. Drilling boards Mark top boards Top boards Drill all the way through Long stringer Short stringer Bottom boards Back board is not drilled or nailed

  6. 6. Assembly after drilling Set top boards aside, keep in order Set re-bar all the way through and slide on spacer Toe nail spacer to short stringer Set long spacers aside

  7. 7. Final assembly Sliding top boards on, then nail all 3 to long stringers Slide long stringers on and nail to spacers

  8. 8. Nailing back board Back board to here from here Crib tipped onto front face Access for skid steer

  9. 40 workers at 6 stations made 45 cribs in 3.5 hours Tractor access from this side Tools and materials on this side Six work stations
