17. Amortization Schedules You can create as many amortization schedules as you wish. The frequencies are: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annual.

18. Transaction Entry This is the first point of entry for lease/loans management. Note the different interest rates we can use.

19. Mass Processing This is where a lot of automation happens. When posting a schedule, payment transactions and credit memos are created. When posting a payment, any deferred interest will be recognized.

20. Sample Amortization Schedule You can preview the amortization schedule once it is posted.

21. Cash Receipts Processing You can automate the cash receipts process by applying payment amounts here while we create and apply the cash receipts in the background.

22. Early/Late Payment Processing You can recalculate loans for early payments and also apply late payment fees.

23. Inquiries and Utilities You can inquire on all schedules. You can import schedules in .csv format.
