2. Get Your Plan This will give you the food group targets for the diet you need to plan. 1. Register/create your profile.
3. Choose your Foods on the Food Tracker webpage page. Choose foods and enter them in this window. Then choose a portion size and assign it to a meal. Add enough foods so that you are meeting your My Plan needs.
When you have met your recommendations you will see OK for each food group. Your calories need to be within 100 calories of your target.
4. Run reports. To generate the reports needed for this assignment. Click on My Reports. Choose Meal Summary. Put in the date and check off each meal then click on create report.
After you have generated your report, export your report as a PDF. Save this report to your desktop so that you can easily print or email your assignment.
