Definitions for which statistics are available (Regulatory bodies) Infocentres: Local connectivity centres providing access to information services, different types of remote communication, education and training, preferably in rural or geographically isolated areas. Also provides an alternative for people without a telephone line or computer, offering them more economical and effective access to such facilities.
