  2. Paper is Universal • It is easy to use. • It is easy to create with. • It is easy to fold/glue/tape/etc.

  3. The Art of Origami • Origami is paper folding • You use your hand only and NO tools. • You do not cut or glue this type of art, cutting and gluing to create something is called kirigami.

  4. Your Assignment • You will create multiples of the same object (at least 20). • You will create a paper installation that is put somewhere in the school (probably high up so other students don’t destroy it). • Your installation can include both origami and kirigami pieces.
