  3. Patient to DocIntroduction: • doc: [camera capture pic] • Patient: Hi... • Doc: Hello, name? age? weight? height? any_medicine taking before? other must to know diseases like diabets or bp? • patient: XYZ, 21, 85kg, 5.10, calculate bmi, bp:yes, diabts: no

SYMPTOMSInvestigation: • Doc: yes, symptoms??? • patient: some symptoms (say abdomen pain) • doc: any symptoms related disease in past ( say: food_poisoning)[check the disease (food_poisoning*(100%))] • doc: [check all the diseases with abdomen pain] (appendix*(90%), food_poisoning**(100%), ulcer*(90%), brain tumor*(90%), stomach cancer*(90%) .... ) say: 80 diseases

INVESTIGATIONwith conditions and experience: • doc: [check the "month date, weather, envrmnt, location(food poisoning common in undrdvlpngcntrs like pak)", check the "previous patients data[ first with data with "experience was: Good" then with "experience was:no_idea""](more common with previously told symptoms of patients overall and mainly with that age group (21))", eliminate diseases that are impossible for patients in that age( brain tumor), make a list with selected diseases with most common in start and least common at the end (at 21 age or overall)] (food_poisoning***(100%) (most common with that age plus he has had in past also common in pak ), ulcer**(90%), .......... , stomach cancer**(10%)(least common)) • say 2 diseases left

  6. INVESTIGATIONnarrowing down the diseases: • doc:(after selecting few specific diseases) [ask common questions(symptoms) abtdat diseases] • doc: any irritating feeling while eating spicy foods? (common question for ulcer) • patient: oh yes!!! • doc:[double check the ulcer]: ulcer***(100%)

  7. doc: do u eat at hotels? (common question for food_poisoning) • patient: nope • doc:aftersatisfictn that no food poisoning [leave food_poisoning option uncheck]: Food_poisoning (0%) • doc:[some questions for other common diseases of the "list"] • {if nothing else is positive}

  8. TESTS • doc:[ask for the tests for ulcer from lab] • patient: ok bye

  9. SAVING DATA • doc: save the data like [pic:.jpg, name: XYZ, age:21, weight: 85kg, height: 5.10 [calculate BMI and check the over_weight], date:(12/31/2010):, weather: winter, , symptoms: abdomen pain, referd tests:, status:waiting for reports ... ] in XYZ_date_face_pic file name

MEDICINE • doc: [list of simple medicines for related diseases (pain killers) in ascending order of their strength also good for him, maybe disprn is simple but not for bp patient so give disprn appropriate place] (loprin, kjh,.., disprn, ... ,iuy) • doc:any new symptom or anything related • patient: no • doc: loprin, take rest, diet(keeping in mind his age, diseses history e.gbp): fruits with less sodium like banana • doc:plz text G for good B for bad on my number

SAVE DATA • doc: save the data in previous file and close it untill patient calls or he comes back next time • save the data like [pic:.jpg, name: XYZ, age:21, weight: 85kg, height: 5.10 [calculate BMI and check the over_weight], date:(12/31/2010) not new one, weather: winter, symptoms: abdomen pain, referd tests:, reports:negative, referd_medicine: loprin, experience was: waiting...]
