CTR provides Preliminary TDL to Gov’t Negotiator 6. Gov’t Negotiator approves TDL & Submits to EDS Contracts 2. Gov’t Negotiator verifies TDL versus SOO, NTE $ amount, etc… TDL Process: CTR/ EDS Site Manager Conduct Initial Task Discussion & Complete Preliminary TDL. 5. Gov’t Negotiator reviews TDL (negotiates if necessary) and provides to CTR for approval 3.Gov’t Negotiator Submits TDL to EDS Contracts EDS Authorized to commence work as outlined in TDL EDS Internal Processing Portfolio Management Review EDS Contracts provides TDL (revised if necessary) RIM/SM Approval EDS Prepares/Signs TDL Agreement Memo (TAM). Uploads TDL & TAM to RAP Tool Request Financial Reviews by Regional Mgr
