  2. Materials needed Supplies Needed • 1 in WHITE 3-ring binder • Package of notebook paper • Package of graphing paper • (8) Batteries AAA-2nd • 25 wooden pencils-3rd • 2 boxes map pencils-4th • 2 boxes Markers-5th • 2 boxes of kleenex-7th BRING EVERY DAY • Pencil • Paper • Notebook

  3. Grades • Classroom Work = 20% • Tests = 40% • Quizzes = 40% • Skyward – online grade book • Must have password to obtain records

  4. Computer Login • Student’s Skyward login is the same as their network login. • Returning students will login to the computer using last year’s password.  • If students are new to the district they will do their initial login using their student ID for both username and Password and will be prompted to create a password. • If a student can’t log in: • If a student is locked out of their account, Diane, Alisa, and I can unlock their account.  Send the student to the library or the CTE office. • If a student can get into their network account, but not their Skyward account they will need to see Megan Perkins in the K Hall office. Please do not send them to the library, we can’t fix that. • If a student has recently enrolled they may not have an account yet and will not be able to login.  This matter should resolve itself in a few days.  If they still can’t login the next time you see them, please email Alisa and she will pass it on. Please do not send this student to the library or to CTE office, we can’t create accounts. • Please make sure the student brings their current school ID when they come to have their account unlocked.

  5. Tutoring • My tutorials are held by appt. only!! Please contact me within 2 hours before you would like to arrive. • Geometry Team Tutoring • All makeup work should be completed during tutorial time or as homework!!

  6. PROCEDURES • Enter quietly • Go directly to your seat • Ask for permission to leave seat • Do not talk while others while teacher is teaching • Respect everyone!!

  7. SCHOOL POLICIES • No food, candy, or drink consumed in classroom. • Take care of any errands you need to run before entering the classroom (restroom, phone, office, nurse, etc.) You will not be allowed to leave once the tardy bell rings. Be in seat, ready to learn. • CELL PHONES ARE A PRIVILAGE!!
