About Mercury Pollution in Soil • 1979-1981 Investigation on deleterious element background in soil in Guiyang area. • 1989-1991 Study on purification effect of mercury in paddyfield soil by ramee. • 2001-2002 Study on mercury pollution soil----Impact on human health and mercury pollution soil improvement. (Cooperated with Japan )

  4. About Mercury Pollution in Soil • 2002-2006 Study on the feasibility of eliminating mercury from soil. (Funded by EPB) • 2004-2008 Study on mechanism of regulating and controlling intensify restore of mercury pollution soil in Guizhou. (NSCF project)

  5. About Methylmercury Pollution • 1986-1988 Study on methylmercury pollution and countermeasures in Baihua lake. (Cooperated with Institute of Geography, Chinese Academy of Science)

About Mercury Pollution by Coal Use • 1995-1996 Study on mercury pollution by coal use in Guiyang. • 1996-1997 Environment and human health impact assessment ----mercury mine, coal use and industry pollution emission area. (Cooperated with Slovenia) • 1996-1999 Study on mercury pollution from coal use and mercury mine. (Funded by Guizhou Province)

  7. About Mercury Pollution by Coal Use • 2003-2004 Pre-assessment on mercury pollution from flue gas of thermal power generation in Guizhou projects of electric power. • 2003-2004 Emission standard of non-ferrous metal industry pollutants—mercury. (Cooperated with University of Kunming)

About Mercury Pollution Prevention & Cure • 1980-1981 Environment quality assessment of mercury pollution area in Guizhou Qingzhen. • 1996-1998 Study on approach of mercury pollution prevention and cure: Characteristic and trend of mercury pollution in Guizhou. • 2000-2001 Study on the feasibility of gross control for the potential toxic chemical products ----mercury chemical compound.

About Mercury Pollution Prevention & Cure • 2001-2006 Study on the technology of mercury waste treatment , environmental assessment and approach of its prevention and cure. • 2003-2004 The interaction of mercury and selenium in environmental bio-samples in typical area of mercury pollution in Guizhou. • 2004-2008 Study on the molecular toxicity of typical environmental pollutants by using nucleus technology. (NSCF project)
