  2. The EB-5 regional center program (RCP) enables EB-5 applicants to make investments in the US through an intermediary. It makes it easier for investments to be made in specific employment sectors, primarily in rural areas with unemployment rates that are 1.5% higher than the US national average. The RCP is an organization that has shown United States Citizenship and Immigration Services that it is pursuing the EB- 5 program's objectives of boosting the US economy through foreign investment and job creation.
