  2. Search for a Disease Search by Diagnosis, Procedure or Supply in Seconds Enter the term into the search box and click the Search button.

  3. Filter Results to Coding Titles Only Search by Diagnosis, Procedure or Supply in Seconds Select the “Codes” Filter

  4. Select a Result/Filter to a Specific Title Search by Diagnosis, Procedure or Supply in Seconds Select the most relevant Result by clicking the link. Or, refine the Results to the most relevant Coding title.

  5. Alpha Index w/Link to Tabular List Search by Diagnosis, Procedure or Supply in Seconds Find the most relevant disease/diagnosis and click on the linked code to view the Tabular List.

  6. Tabular List w/ Fourth/Fifth Digit Search by Diagnosis, Procedure or Supply in Seconds The code set revealed with fifth-digit instructions! CAVEAT: You may need to scroll up to see fourth/fifth-digit instructions.

  7. Search by Code Search by Code in Seconds Enter the code into the search box and click the Search button.

  8. Filter Results to Coding Titles Only Search by Code in Seconds Select the “Codes” Filter

  9. Select Result Search by Code in Seconds Select the most relevant result by clicking the link.

  10. Tabular List w/ Fourth/Fifth Digit Search by Code in Seconds The code revealed!

  11. Browse for Disease Browse by Diagnosis, Procedure or Supply in Seconds Click on the Table of Contents tab.

  12. Browse for Codes in Seconds Expand Table of Contents Locate the Coding Title you want.

  13. Browse for Codes in Seconds Find Disease using Alpha Index Locate the Disease from the Alpha list

  14. Alpha Index w/Link to Tabular List Browse for Codes in Seconds Find the most relevant disease/diagnosis and click on the linked code to view the Tabular List.
