  3. How do you form the past preterite?-ar • When using an –ar verb you will drop the ar and fill in with the appropriate ending

  4. How do you form the past preterite?-er/-Ir • When using an –er/-ir verb you will drop the ar and fill in with the appropriate ending

  5. When do I use the past preterite? • When you are communicating about the past, something that occurred either a day, or longer, ago. • This is also known as the “–ed” form of a word • I walk- I walked • Camino- caminé

  6. ¡¡Hice un viaje a Pamplona!! • Me quede en un hotel! El Gran Hotel La Perla. • Fui al museo. • Comi paella un restaurante. • ¡¡Saquemuchasfotos!!
