Homeless Link is a national membership charity working to end homelessness in England. We promote good practice, campaign for policy change, provide training, and support the coordination of services. We offer funding through the Homeless Link Social Investment Fund to strengthen organizational infrastructure and develop new models of income generation.

CHAIN Oct-Dec 2018 • CHAIN - Combined Homelessness and Information Network. Funded by Greater London Authority (GLA) • A high number of people recorded – almost 3,300 • Numbers are going up • Most spend a short time sleeping rough and don’t end up living on the streets • Just under 50% UK nationals • Numbers of central/Eastern Europeans increasing • 17% female • 8% aged 18-25 London CHAIN Stats www.homeless.org.uk Let’s end homelessness together

Funding Homeless Link Social Investment Fund • £25,000 - £150,000 • Blend of grants and loans • Up to 20% grants as part of funding package • Flexible repayment terms – up to a maximum of 48 months www.homeless.org.uk Let’s end homelessness together
