  2. 2/9 2014 Journey from the Prague „We set on the journey at 12:30 from Masarykovostation. We travelledthrough Germany and Belgium to French-Englishport in Calais. In Calais we got on the ferry and sailed to Doverandthen to London. It was along and tiring journey.“ Calais

  3. 3/9 2014 Day 2: London „When we arrived in London we walked along the river Thames over theTower Bridge to the Tower of London. We saw Shakespeare'sGlobe,MilenniumBridge,St. Paul's Cathedral, Golden Hindeand St. Catherine Docks. Inthe evening we arrived atthe meetingpoint where our families werewaitingfor us.“

  4. 4/9 2014 Day 3: Exeter „It was about 7:00 and we had to getup.Somebodyhad corn flakes or cereals with milk, somebody had toast andbutter and and jam.Thenext day we went to the Stonehenge. After that, we went to Exeter. In this town, we visited Exeter Cathedral and Rougemont Castle. We sawtheriver Exe, too. At the end ofthedaywe rode to the new families in the Newton Abbot.Everybody had to start speaking to our „newparents“.“ Newton Abbot

  5. 5/9 2014 Day 4: Dartmouth „We got lunch boxes and rode to Plymouth. We went to the small Mayflower port and to the National Marine Aquarium. There were a lot of coloured fishes and sharks swimming in the huge tanks. When we werein NP Dartmoor we saw 30 meters high amazing waterfall.“

  6. 6/9 2014 Day 5: EnglishRiviera „In the morning we rode to the town Dartmouth for visiting these sights: The Cherub Pub, Butterwalk, theriver Dart, Darthmouth castle. In the afternoon wewentto the Torquaytownand Babbacombe + Oddicombebeaches. Thisday was the lastonewespent in families.“

  7. 7/9 2014 Day 6: London again „Last day in the UK. We had lotsofsightsonthe list like Natural History Museum or Science Museum, Hyde Park, WestminsterAbbey, HousesofParliamentwith Elizabeth tower (Big Ben), Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar square, Soho, China town and thebestofthisdaywas London Eyewith 4D cinema.“

  8. 8/9 2014 Goodbye UK! „ On this trip, we tried to speak English, learned about sights and have seen the culture of England. We arrived at 5:00 PM to Prague. The journey from London to Prague took about 16 hours.“
