Dear Father, Sister, Mother, and I are having a great deal of fun in Athens. Today, we visited the Theatre of Dionysus and saw two plays. One play was a comedy, which is a play that satirizes politicians and other well known personalities. The second play we saw was called a tragedy, which is about humans acting with respect towards gods, and that dishonorable behavior has severe consequences. You would have loved them both! It amazed me that men could play both male and female parts in plays. What great talent! The outdoor, marble theatre was so beautiful, and I just wish you could see it, too. With love, Your Daughter
