Commissioner Job Descriptions Include exact responsibilities, reporting structure, time commitment, and required experience Assignment of Directors Directors have either a commissioner or exec as main contact, clearly establish this through emails & website. E.g. Genius Bowl only emails Student Life Comm. Give Commissioners a Voice Include comm.s in exec meetings, thus improving communication & perspective on society issues.

  6. Eliminate Edu. & Dev. Comm. Keep Communication Comm. Due to the accountability and commitment required of this position, the committee found its title acceptable. Title of Speaker Speaker is already defined as an appointed officer in the Constitution. The duties of the speaker do not fit the title of commissioner or the purpose of commissioners.

  7. Further Review • Establish a joint committee to evaluate further and create a policy for current structure or an alternative. • Include at-large members from both societies, commissioners and executives. • Ensures society alignment & eliminates issues related to the person and not the position. • Create at Joint Council 2012, proposal at Joint Council 2013 before Fall 2013 B-Soc elections.
