  2. Do Now 10/7/2013 • On your index card, please list all of the topics you believe a political scientists would study in his/her field. Be as specific as possible. • 5 minutes • HW: Read “When did Political Science forget about Politics?” and answer the associated questions. Both can be found on my course site on the school website.

  3. Let’s share out • What did you get? • We will write your answers on the board

  4. What are the different areas of study for political science? • You will receive a sheet called “Political Science Abstracts” • Read the abstract, then develop a theme based on the passage. Write the theme in the space called “theme.” NOTE: The theme is not education!!! • SHARE OUT!: • Take 5 minutes and share with your partner the themes you developed for each passage
