C’YA Community Youth in Action is a local group based in Southeastern Idaho, dedicated to empowering youth voices through action and service to enhance community relationships. The group, established on June 11, 2018, brings together youth, alumni, and adult advisors to create a strong youth coalition. Embracing diversity, the organization includes various youth from different backgrounds and aims to foster a sense of community and make a positive impact. The C’YA Action Team focuses on serving the community, while the Leadership Team's long-term goal is to establish a Youth Center. They offer various activities, educational programs, support services, and crisis intervention to support youth and adults in need. The organization collaborates with partner organizations and volunteers to make a difference in the community.

Crisis Center Our Process Arrive: Come in any time, any day. No appointment is needed. Assess: We evaluate your individual strengths and explore your immediate challenges. We also provide a brief medical assessment to evaluate if additional medical care is needed. Support: Our trained staff will guide you through your behavioral health crisis and help you achieve stability and a plan for recovery. Refer: There is a wealth of free and low-cost resources throughout East Idaho. Do not allow an inability to pay to stop you from reaching out for help. Let us find the best fit for your individual care plan. Program is geared toward adults (18 years old+) who need support for their mental health challenges and/or substance abuse issues.
Center for Hope The Center for H.O.P.E provides opportunities for socialization, education, and participation in activities that support recovery. The Center also strives to be an advocate for the recovery community Program is geared toward adults (18 years old+) who need recovery support.
