RedSkins/Cowboys Raffle • Payments payable to Friendship Charities Foundation • All entrants must be 18 years of age or older • The odd in winning a prize is 1 in 4000 • No prize substitutions • Winner need not be present to win • FCFB members are ineligible to participate in the raffle • Participants agree to release and hold FCFB from any liability, to the extent permitted by law • Disputes concerning the Raffle shall be governed under the laws of the State of Maryland. 5 Committee Report
