  1. STRENGTHENING THE HEALTH CARE PIPELINE The Regional Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) are active partners in promoting health career exploration for students in Kindergarten through 12 grade. Here is a sampling of the program activities available to students throughout the state! Contact information is provided in the slide notes to follow.

  2. Why Focus On Health Care? • MT has a workforce shortage in almost all counties. • Students need academic and career training to be successful in these fields. • At the very least, students will be knowledgeable about health care options.
