This tool enables local administrators to link ProQuest articles availability in your library, specify format (CD-ROM, Microform, etc.), embed links to full-text resources, add notes, and create custom login URLs for database searches. It also allows setting search preferences, interface selection, and MARC Records delivery.

Indicate to users whether an article they find in ProQuest is available in your library. • Indicate the format of the articles' availability: CD-ROM, Paper, Microform or Electronic. • Embed links in ProQuest citations to your other full text electronic resources. • Specify notes about the articles or publications.

  3. Allows administrators to generate a custom login URL that will: • Select what database(s) is searched on startup. • Select search preferences used for that session or database. • Select the ProQuest interface: Standard or Kid friendly interface.

  4. Set-up the ProQuest MARC Records delivery preferences
