10. FAQ Section Q: Are we currently selling the striping separately (not affixed to the garment)? A: No, all orders are for striping to be affixed to the garments. Q: Since the Digital Passports are Electronic Simulations, so they need to be converted to be ordered?  A: Yes, they will need to convert these and then be able to order.  Conversion will be instantaneous, so there won’t be a delay. Q: Are we an approved supplier for Striping to Cintas, Aramark and G&K?  A: Aramark has approved us, but we are still waiting for approval from Corporate G&K Services and Cintas.  We are doing orders for them, but have not received full corporate approval. Q: Will they receive their on-line discount when placing striping orders?  A; Yes Q: What are the turn times on production?  A: 8 days for insulated or coveralls and bibs.  All other garments are 5 days.  This is the turn time for all orders under 200 pieces.  Orders over this amount must receive an estimated turn time from production.
