Before you go… • Request transcripts to be sent to the school you will be attending in the fall. You can use Parchment or stop in counseling to tell Ms. D • Complete any paperwork for military or trade school that you need filled out by the school • FAFSA: if you have not completed your FAFSA make sure you do it soon!

Exam Schedule • June 2nd • 5th hour exam • June 3rd • 3rd and 4th hour exam Dismiss at 1:11pm • June 4th • 1st and 2nd hour exam Dismiss at 9:50am • Need to be out of the school by 10:08 am
Behavior • All Detentions / Fines need to be served or paid to participate in any Senior activities (Prom, Graduation, All night party) • Any inappropriate behavior could result in removal from Senior activities. • Any inappropriate behavior at Prom results in loss of participation of further Senior activities.
Prom • June 5th • Crystal Gardens, Southgate • Doors open at 6:00 p.m. • Parents can come to the entrance area for pictures • No admittance after 7:00 p.m. • Ends at 11:00 p.m.
Graduation Rehearsal • 12:30 pm behind auxiliary gym • Any student who does not attend rehearsal will not walk • Pick up tickets in Aux. Gym • (this is how we take attendance) • Tickets are for inclement weather only • Additional tickets • Talk to friends put name on list when you pick up cap & gown • Yack arena in Wyandotte

Rehearsal Cont. • Bring cap and gown for pictures • Parents can attend to take pictures • Bring shoes that you plan on wearing during the ceremony • High heels can be tricky on turf / steps
Parking • Please try to car pool as parking was an issue last year. • Handicap parking will be on grass behind D hall. Please let Parents / Grandparent know to use West entrance.
Graduation • Crisp Clean Event, Details count • Seating is first come first serve • Gates open at 6pm Ceremony starts at 7pm • Please remind friends and family this is a semi-formal attire event, please dress appropriately. • Student need to be in the Aux. gym at 6:30pm • No walking around the stadium area! • Report to table to pick up Name card.
Graduation attire • Males: dress pants, dress shirt with collar • Females: dress or skirt and blouse of reasonable length (gowns are white and sheer so watch the prints) • Dress shoes, no tennis shoes or flip flops. • No sunglasses on stage or during picture behind the stage.
Graduation line up • Superintendent and WHS Principal (stage) • School Board (stage) • Central Office Staff (stage) • WBSD Staff (tunnel stop before 20 yrd line) • Valedictorian, Salutatorian • NHS • Senior Scholars, Summa Cum Laude, Executive Board Class Representatives. • Senior Class
Seating • 20 students per row • Listen for teacher to tell you start of new row • Stay standing • Ceremony (See picture) • Val Sal first • First row girls • First row boys etc…
End of Ceremony • Tossing of Cap • No processional out • Pick up Diploma in Auxiliary gym

Questions? • Alphabetical dismissal as Seniors will pick up cap and gown on the way out. • Please go to locker and put them away so it does not get lost. • Make sure you remove wrinkles in gown before ceremony. • Turn in survey
