ECMH Learning Network • Develop and implement a statewide model for providing early childhood mental health consultation, technical assistance, and professional support to mental health clinicians, family support workers, early interventionists, medical providers, child protection supervisors, etc.
Facilitate regular group consultation • Provide phone or in-person consultation regarding individual children • Link professionals to evidence based or emerging best practices for family-driven care and family therapy models • Facilitate trainings on the use of DC:0-3R • Provide or facilitate training on developmentally appropriate MH practices and interventions
