  2. What is EA? EA stands for Electronic Arts, a gaming company. Some of its products are; the Battlefield series, the FIFA series, the Fight Night series, the Harry Potter series, the Madden NFL series, the Mass Effect series, the Medal of Honor series, the NBA live series, the NCAA Football series, the NHL series, the Rock Band series, the SimCity series, and The Sims series. Its headquarters is in Redwood City, California. It was founded by Trip Hawkins who was originally from Apple.

  3. EA timeline! Jan. 17th 2005- ESPN and EA partner for 15 years Jan. 1st 1993-EA sports is carved out. May 28 1982- Trip Hawkins starts EA June 1st 1988- John Madden Football creates records. Feb. 7th 2007- EA Japan shuts down. Feb. 26th 2007- Probst steps down. Mar. 1st 2007- EA plays music for ITunes Jan. 1st 1984- Video game industry crashes Sept. 1 1984- Larry Probst takes EA to next level. Feb. 2nd 2000- Females targeted with The Sims. Aug. 10th 2000- EA wins rights for Harry Potter May 1st 1991- Probst replaces Hawkins as C.E.O.
