Biography • In his childhood he lived in Watertown, SD. • He wanted to become a forest ranger,but he couldn’t after an accident with a motorcycle. • He got his degree at St. Paul School of Associated Art. • He was most popular artist in South Dakota seven years in a row. • He was born in Watertown,SD.

Where His Art is Found • Terry Redlin’s art can be found in the Terry Redlin Art Center outside of Watertown. • On June 6,2001 the art center will have a week long party for its second anniversary and the second floor . • On the second floor there will be his first works from 1977, and will feature 130 of his original oil paintings.

  5. Relation To South Dakota • He paints pictures of the seasons of S.D. • His paintings are also of small towns a few years back and of rivers and streams. • He also paints pictures of animals in valleys, streams, or on the prairie.
