  9. Case Study – Read and Discuss • What might be the equity challenges? • What two characteristics do you possess that would support the team in meeting the needs of the student? • What would it look like? • What would it sound like?

  10. Personal Action Plan • What are my strengths • What are my areas of growth? • How can I contribute to the team? • How can I team to better serve my students?
