Theresponsibilityofmanagement Theroleoftopmanagementofanorganizationisveryimportanttoacquireandimplementrisk managementcapabilitiesandWSHManagementSystem.Duringtheimplementationprocess, interestedorganizationsachieveadvantagesandrecognitionthattheyareenthusiasticto implementcomprehensiveWSHsystemofBizsafe. HowcanyouobtainallLevelsofBizsafe? ForstartingBizsafejourney,thetopmanagementofyourorganizationwillhavetosignupfor theconductionoftheBizsafeworkshop.TheserviceproviderofBizsafewillconductthat workshopforTopManagement/CEOs.Definitely,aftercompletionoftheworkshop,your organizationwillobtaintheLevel1status. YourorganizationwillhavetonominateanexpertofRM(RiskManagement)whocanattenda BizsafecourseaboutRiskManagement.ThisismandatoryforobtainingLevel2.Theexpertof RiskManagementwillhavetoexhibithisskillregardingimplementationofRiskManagement Plan,atthefinalstagesofthecourse.ThenyourorganizationwillbeentitledforBizsafe’sLevel 2.

ItisessentialforentireworkplacethatiscoveredundertheWSHA(WorkplaceSafetyandItisessentialforentireworkplacethatiscoveredundertheWSHA(WorkplaceSafetyand HealthAct)toconductriskevaluationforworkplaces’everyprocessandworkactivity. ForanorganizationtoachievethestatusofLevel3ofBizsafe,theorganizationwillhaveto obtaintheservicesofanMOMApprovedWSHauditorwhowillchecktheimplementationof RiskManagementintheorganization. ToachievethestatusofLevel4ofBizsafe,theorganizationwillhavetochooseaWSHMS (WorkplaceSafetyandHealthManagementSystem)ProgramLead.Thisstepisnecessaryto attendtheBizsafecourseonWSHMS.TheselectedWSHMSmustbecapableofimplementing WSHPlanfortheorganization,withthehelpofacquiredknowledge.Anyorganizationcan applyforBizsafeLevel4status,afterthecompletionoftheWSHMSPlan. However,toobtainBizsafeSTAR,theorganizationwillhavetoobtainOHSAS18001orSAC accreditedcertificationbodiesoranyequivalentcertificationalongwithRiskManagement ImplementationAuditReportbyMOMApprovedWSHAuditortogetSS506Certification. Theabove-mentionedmethodistheonlylegalandauthenticwaytoobtainallLevelsofBizsafe.
