Membership Info • Active Membership • 4 meetings 2 Events (Only one Fundraiser counts as event i.e. Yogurtland, Panda etc.) • If you cannot attend meetings • 4 events (Only one Fundraiser will count as an event) • $15 dollars for membership dues (Go on apps-sdsu.com) Fill out form. Covers both semesters • Pay treasurer (Ryan Ferris) or President (Jeremy Borbon)

  3. What are the benefits of being a member? • Can’t attend events • Pays for banquet • Free cords for graduating seniors • Participate in elections • No certificate of membership

  4. Events Making Strides Against Breast Cancer • Volunteer/ Walk

  5. Upcoming Community Service Event “Mission Possible” Beach Clean-Up • When: Saturday, Oct. 26th • 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM • Where: Mission Beach • Meet at S. Shores Park Driveway (Next to Seaworld, take I-5 and exit 21). • What: Beach clean-up! • Bring your own trash bag (and other cleaning supplies such as gloves). • Lunch provided by Rubios! • Sign-up form on website and email.

Kindergarten Volunteering Kindergarten Volunteering • 2 hours minimum for event credit • Lexington Elementary School – Ms. Freeburn’s Class – Room 25 • Hours: M-W 8am to 2pm; Th-F 8am to 12pm • No need for appointment • Get name tag at front office • Bring back to APPS: Name, Date,Time in/out Ms. Freeburn’s signature

  8. Bowling Night •Kearny Mesa Bowl •Thursday October 24 @ 7:30 PM •$18/hour for each lane. $3.50 shoe rental •Carpool 6:45 PM from Zura turn-around 7:00 PM Departure

  9. Fundraisers 1. Restaurant Mixer with Pharm Students • October 26th/ Location TBA 2. Bracelets • Each Member sells 5 bracelets • Gets 1 event credit 3. T-Shirts • $15 Dollars each 4. Panda Express • Nov 14th from 12-7 @East Commons (Keep your receipt and turn into Fundraising Chair)

  10. Fundraisers 5. Bingo Night! • When? November 21st • Where? TBA • $5 per bingo matt • Prizes will be awarded to winners!
