e-Hire Introduction • e-Hire by Naukri.com, is a personalized shortlisting service available at a low fixed cost. • Through e-Hire, we manage major portions of your recruitment process and send details of only • relevant and interested candidates for the job. • Each delivered CV will have gone through 2 stages of shortlisting: • 1. CV screening as per the Job description • 2. Preliminary telephonic interviews of relevant candidatesSo, all you have to do is to examine and hire only from the shortlisted candidates for the vacancy. • Thus, you save valuable time and resources. • We also send you customizable reports as per your requirement. • All this comes at a nominal processing fee per job description, irrespective of the number of hires.
Process Framework • Pre- Sales • Post - Sales
Pre-Sales Process framework E-Hire receives Job Description and contact details of prospective client. Step 1 e-Hire receives Job Description (a) To understand job description and explain e-Hire process in detail (b) Recruiter will also share success cases from past ( specific to JD) Step 2 Concall with client Sharing Sample CVs (without contact details) to gain client confidence. Step 3 JD feasibility check and Service delivery commitment sent to client Now ,recruiter will conduct a JD feasibility check and accordingly a SLA/minimum service delivery commitment will be send to client: (a) Service commitment on minimum no of shortlisted cv’s to be delivered thru the short listing activity. (b) Define agreed candidate short listing / qualifying criteria for the activity
SALE Registration…. Client will review service delivery commitment /SLA and post his approval sale will be registered.
Post-sales • Service brief document will be sent to client for approval on following • Job posting content ( For job posting & text mailer) • Shortlisting report format (It will capture shortlisted candidate’s details such as work exp , contact info etc as well as tabulated ans to qualifying Qs as set by client pre sales) Step 1 Service brief sent to client for approval Step 2 Service delivery begins On receiving client’s approval on service brief, shortlisting reports will be sent as per agreed timelines (i.e. 5th and 10th day) Step 3 Interview scheduling assistance ( up to 2 times) Within next 7 days ,client will be required to telephonically interview and select final candidates to be targeted for the face to face interview line-up, e-Hire recruiters Will assist client ( upto 2 times) in fixing these candidate interviews. Step 4 Activity Feedback form On completion of activity , a feedback form will set to client to rate recruiter’s shortlisting service on the basis of relevance as Very Satisfied /Satisfied / Dissatisfied.
e-Hire Terms & Conditions • Naukri e –Hire doesn’t guarantee Candidate Turn up or Closures. However e-Hire recruiters will assist clients in interview line-ups of candidates from shortlisted report (upto 2 times) • Naukri e-Hire doesn’t conduct any technical assessments or written tests, only shortlisted candidate’s spoken answers (during the telephonic interview) are tabulated in the activity report and we will not be responsible for the misrepresentation of the facts. • None of the CV from the e-Hire shortlisting report should be considered as duplicate. (if received thru some other recruitment source)
