  3. How To Get To Lanai To get to Lanai, one must first fly by plane and then by ferry. It is approximately 5,000 miles from New York City to this Hawaiian Island. The shortest flight duration is generally 10 hours and 35 minutes. Right now, the price per ticket is approximately 900 dollars.
