PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES OF TEAM MINISTRY 1. COLLABORATIVE: Working together precedes winning together. 2. COMMUNICATIVE: A team with many voices with a single heart. 3. ENTHUSIASTIC: Your heart is the source of energy. 4. COMMITTED: There are no half- hearted champions.
PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES OF TEAM MINISTRY 5. ADAPTABLE: If you don’t change for the team, the team may change you. 6. COMPETENT: If you can’t, your team won’t. 7. DISCIPLINED: Where there’s a will , there’s a win (triumph).
PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES OF TEAM MINISTRY 8. PREPARED: Preparation can mean the difference between winning and losing. 9. RELATIONAL: If you get along, others will go along 10. TENACIOUS: Never, Never, Never Quit.

m REACHING OUR POTENTIAL AS A TEAM • Intensify MECAR • - regular, closer and proper monitoring and evaluation • Evaluation gives direction and a sense of priorities. • - come up with a template to be accomplished by all CPs (consider what ECV, DJV and the EMB want to see)
REACHING OUR POTENTIAL AS A TEAM • Reporting • includes JIL 12 and MIS compliance (aside from the usual data that we’re reporting) • qualitative and quantitative • categorize churches based on all data reflected in the report
REACHING OUR POTENTIAL AS A TEAM • Rewards/Commendation • based on merits and performance • includes submission, discipline, attitude • Observe of Proper Protocol • Bonding/Fellowship • Request Trainings and Appropriate Seminars
