To initiate collecting Expense Reporting information, click on “My Expenses”.
Select the Lobbyist via the drop-down menu. Click “Create Expenses Report” or “Create Late Expenses Report” depending on whether today’s date is before or after the closing date for this quarter.
Enter costs as indicated. Also, select a “Lobbying Subject” from the drop down menu and/or update the “Other” field. Add as many “Lobbying Subjects” as necessary.
Click “Add Gift Receipts” for gifts over $250.00 . This example does not add $250.00 gift receipts; it simply clicks “Next”.
This screen collects payment details for gifts over $650.00 . Enter required fields and any optional fields you wish to enter. Click “Next” after entering fields.
This screen acknowledges the collection of recipient information for a gift over $650.00 . In this example we proceed by clicking “Next”. However, additional recipient payment information could have been collected by clicking “Add Payment/Reimbursement”.
By clicking on “Add Source of Contribution”, you will be directed to collect the contribution information for Principal resources exceeding 10%. In this example, we proceed by clicking “Next” and do not collect this information.

This screen affirms the preceding Expense Reporting information via the eSignature associated with your PALogin “User ID and Password”. Click “Next” to continue.
This completes the data entry of Expense Reporting Information.n.b. If there is an associated Lobbyist or Firm they will need to affirm their expenses.
