  2. Why adult learning is important? There are many reasons but two of them seem to be particularly alarming: Quantitative labour supply Qualification needs The only solution is boosting adult learning But looking at quantitative projections is not enough 2004 2050

  3. Are we sufficiently aware of the challenge?
