  10. SYSPRO Integration Integration Points Csoft products are linked through SYSPRO’s e.net Solutions™, but configurable in our “Data Link Object” by using the our object model These are also all customizable through the megaTrak ™ system manager

  11. SYSPRO Integration Advantages of Using e.net When changes are made to SYSPRO and megaTrak ™ installations, customers do not have to remain “version locked” as we continue to access business logic in SYSPRO as it updates it’s business logic

  12. SYSPRO Integration The Points of Integration are

  13. Fulfillment Process Sales order added, changed or deleted in SYSPRO Job inserted into the Csoft queue to be processed Uses SYSPRO triggers and the e.net integration engine Data processed and pick ticket automatically created Can be printed Loaded on a batch hand-held computer Used on a real-time radio frequency wireless terminal

  14. Fulfillment Process Pick ticket uses configurable logic Customer specific – defined in Csoft At the Item, Lot, Pallet, Package, Container or Bin Location level This happens automatically as the order is loaded Can be configured to automatically be dispatched to a picker for staging

  15. Fulfillment Process Items picked - ready to be packed, staged or shipped based on customer requirements Some Customers simply want to ship confirm what has been picked Done by what is called a “quick transaction” which simply scans the order out Some Customers want to use the advanced palletizing functions using megaTrak to scan out the pallets for shipment

  16. Fulfillment Process For distribution centers, warehousing and Intermodal customer orders may be staged for load balancing and automatic Bill of Lading creation megaShip can produce shipping labels for UPS, FedEx and a host of LTL carriers For retail customers UPC codes can be scanned into a package for package-level label tracking At each stage of the shipping process, megaTrak™ keeps track of an order and it’s status All pertinent information is sent back to SYSPRO at each interval, which is configurable

  17. Order Creation – Starts in SYSPRO

  18. Order Release Queues Order release queues are used to control the flow of orders…

  19. Printed picks vs. Paperless Picks can be either done paperless or starting with a pick sheet (below)

  20. Picking on the Hand Held In megaTrak ™ Most picking takes place on the hand-held computer itself, but can also be viewed on the PC. Picking is done in an “optimized” fashion that provides user-configurable logic that will pick the items in sequence of the warehouse, even if using FIFO or LIFO type picking schemes. Pick lists can be auto-dispatched and load balanced to users as well as updated with on-the-fly order changes Screen shots of some of the hand-held unit screens are included below. Picking also includes pallet and package level detail.

  21. Shipping and Freight megaTrak Interfaces to existing Shipping and Freight systems, such as UPS. This helps connect the process from the creation of the order to the actual shipping.

  22. Freight Information megaTrak provides Freight and BOL information for shipping, as well as charges.
