PTCS Measures Installed - Public Utilities • 18 Public utilities have reported over 500 measures • FY06*: 182 duct sealing, 115 heat pump • FY07: 199 duct sealing, 43 heat pump *BPA’s fiscal year is Oct 1-Sep 30 • State distribution of Public Utilities • Oregon: 365 duct sealing; 125 heat pumps (10% qualify for tax credit) • Washington: 15 duct sealing; 14 heat pumps • Idaho, Kootenai: 1 duct sealing; 10 heat pumps • Conservative savings estimate • Duct Sealing + Heat Pump commissioning = 0.2 aMW, to date

  4. Other Regional Programs • Idaho Power duct sealing program: over 430 mobile homes • CheckMe: over 130 heat pumps • EWEB • Emerald PUD • Other?

Training Costs • Cost Sharing Options (after the first training session) • Flat reimbursement for verified attendance • Training costs shared equally by BPA and participating utilities • Utilities are welcome to contact Ecos Consulting directly to arrange self-funded training • Certified Technicians are welcome to contact the Alliance regarding other training opportunities and costs

  8. Quality Assurance Visits • Ecos Consulting is preparing a quality assurance (QA) implementation plan • As many as 50 QA visits, based on measures claimed • High volume certified technicians with high savings potential • Central Electric • EWEB • Springfield
