  3. Collaboration With Mentor • This month my mentor and I didn’t really meet up that much. Since I already knew what I was doing I didn’t really need much help from her. But when I FINALLY finished the rug I asked her if it was completely done and she said sort of. She tolled me that the last thing I needed to do was to sew the edges of the latch hook rug. She showed me how and that’s when I was done. She also gave me one last tip. She tolled me that I when ever I finish a rug I should vacuum it to get all of the lose fluff off of it.

  4. What I Learned • I learned that when ever I finish a latch hook rug I need to sew the edges off it. Good thing I already knew how to sew. Not only did I need to sew, but I also needed to attach a stick to the latch hook so that I would be able to hang it up on a wall.( picture at the end of presentation). Lastly my mentor showed me how to vacuum the rug so that it wont come apart.

  5. My Goal For Next Month • My goal for next month is to have my trifold done and complete. I want it to have all of the information that I learned on it and all of the pictures to show my progress through out the year. Lastly I would like to be able to say that I did a good job and my project was successful.
