What is a configuration file? • The configuration file is the customizable piece that allows customization to fit the application requirements and consists of: • Communication and hardware setup. • Input / output sensors configuration and text descriptions for each. • Setpoints with thresholds against sensor readings to use for control, and events. • Shutdown/alarm/message/stop event messages • Up to 9 pages of customizable display pages • Sequence of events logic and timers (state machine) • Digital and analog output control loop setup (several options including PID control, up to 3 control overrides) • Maintenance Reminder messages and time intervals. • Preset factory default settings for timers and setpoints.
