Information required (1): Student’s details • Family name, forenames and student number • Course title • Mode of study • Stage or level of study
Information required (2): History • Previous progression decisions with dates • Number of modules passed and total credit awarded at each level to date • Conditions attached to previous progression (if any) and when ratified by exam board
Current results for each module Credit rating Mark (in whole numbers) and grade for each component showing weighting Overall mark (in whole numbers) and grade for each module Number of attempts Information required (3)
