  1. Jetbox® Delivers Improved Presentation for Banners LP Displays are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of POS and printed signage. Responding to a request for a new presentation LP chose square Jetbox® packaging. The challenge was to transport high quality Banners so that they were well protected, easy to open and the outer container be reusable. Traditionally spirally wound mailing tubes would be used for this application however these are difficult to handle and store. Responding to the challenge their standard size 64mm x 64mm Jetbox®. Packed flat the tubes were cut to length and processed within 7 days. Jetbox® is made using Korsnas board – this is FSC and can be Kraft or white. With minimum quantities of 500 pieces and a fast delivery time the packaging offers an economic solution for small and medium tube requirements. Commenting on the application LP Display Managing Director Mark Ellis described the journey. “We needed a fast solution as the customer had a tight deadline and budget. Bell came to our rescue and delivered the finished tubes within 7 days. Packing the tube was simple – we managed to complete 200 packs within 50 minutes. This has to be a world record and the finished presentation looked fantastic. “I will certainly be using Jetbox® on other projects and would recommend this solution to other clients”. Photographs showing the finished packs are attached – Bell offer 4 standard sizes which are normally available within 10-14 days.
