  2. Introduction The success of your dream project depends on how you well you communicate with your general contractor. One of the main thing is not to hide anything from your contractor. Everything must be clearly conveyed to your contractor right at the start.

  3. Budget First thing you must convey to your general contractor is the estimated budget for your project. It will keep the project aligned and will not digress it from the original path.

  4. Time Period You must set a time frame within which you want your project to be completed. The contractor you have selected must be clearly informed about the timeline. It will enable the contractor to keep things going at the right pace.
