  9. How much is the investment? • The initial investment varies from Php1.7 to 7 Million depending on the package and store size.

What is included in the investment? • The investment includes the leasehold improvements, operational rights of the store, operational training, marketing support, equipments, furniture, air-con system, signage, initial inventory ( food, beverage, groceries and drug medicine) and Online Services (Remittance, Bills Payment, Loading, Local and International Ticketing, Travel and Tour Packages) plus Money Changer..

  11. Other START-UP EXPENSES Not included in the initial investments are: - Rental advances and deposits. - Licenses, Permits and Taxes(but with assistance of the Franchisor in processing.) - Salaries and wages of Employees. - Additional Working Capital.

  30. Submit the Following • STEP 2 -Letter of Intent -Franchise Application Form -Location Map of the Proposed Site -Picture of the Proposed Site -Resume with IDs -Pay 15k fee for Site Market Study and Evaluation ( non refundable, deductible on Franchise Fee upon approval of Franchise)

  31. Evaluation of Application • STEP 3 Review and Evaluation of submitted requirements. If qualified, a business meeting will follow, to discuss details of payment and terms of the Franchise prior to Contract Signing.
