Student Organization/Departmental Solicitation Permit form must be submitted (Campus Activities Office) • Submit original flyer to be posted • Confirmation will be made in one to two days with the approval stamped on the original flyer • Now copy that flyer for postings • 2 week posting window • Posting size regulations Flyer Posting
Rules: • Informational flyer must have the date of posting marked on them • Two-week period ONLY • <22x28 inches in size • ONLY flyers may be posted on campus • Remove flyers no later than 14 days after posting or 24 hours after the event that is advertised, whichever is earlier • University staff, faculty and designated student employees have the authority to remove improperly posted signs Flyers Review

Campus Recreation marketing team will distribute flyers to the following locations: • Campus Recreation facilities (14) • Residence halls (21) • Residence hall RA s (160 each floor) • General Student buildings on campus (18) • Academic buildings on campus (58) • Student organization boxes (325) • Submit the posting request form to Campus Recreation • Duplicating expenses will be charged to the clubs state account • Allow five working days for posting to be approved Resources
