Setting up a RID Account • Center must be approved by the Provost’s Office. • Dean of the College and OKED together must indicate the Center is allowed to have a RID account. • Note: Not all Centers receive RID. Circumstances vary, but sometimes a Dean may want a Center set up in COEUS for recognition purposes only. • Center must set up an HR Department Code if one does not already exist. • Center financial manager to request a RID account to be set up by Financial Services. All RID accounts must have a RID fund number. • 5490 – Tempe • 5491 – West • 5492 – Poly • 5493 - Downtown • In COEUS, Department has to be updated for Center designation and percentage in Flexible Attributes of the Unit Hierarchy. Send an email to Daniel Tyrrell to input the new HR Department Code and/or RID account for the Center.
