  9. Output files • .cdt file – clustered data table (original data with the rows and columns reordered based on the clustering result) • .gtr – gene tree • .atr – array tree

  10. TreeView • The .gtr and/or .atr files are automatically read in TreeView when you open the corresponding .cdt file.

  11. PCA • Jobname_svv.txt – principal components • Jobname_svu.txt – loadings of each gene on the principal components
